Hey everyone,

I’ve been experimenting with custom plastic fabrication, mainly for signs, display stands, and acrylic products. I'm using tools like laser cutters, benders, and UV printers.

Just wondering, does this stuff really hold up in real-world use?

Do signs stay looking good outdoors or in busy areas?
Any tips to avoid cracks while drilling?
What’s better for bonding: solvent glue or screws?
