Thinking of buying EMF protection stickers for my phone...

I struggle with migraines—and recently, someone suggested trying EMF protection anti-radiation stickers for my phone, laptop, and iPad.

They claim to reduce exposure and help with symptoms. Has anyone tried these?

The product is called:

I’m curious...

  • Are these just hype?

  • Or has anyone actually seen benefits like fewer headaches or better sleep?

I’m not expecting magic—but if it even slightly helps reduce migraines or EMF sensitivity, it’s worth a shot.

Just don’t want to waste money on a placebo. If you've used it—or know someone who has—drop your experience. Good or bad.
Would really appreciate honest opinions

Not trying to be a buzzkill but I'd be cautious with stuff like EMF protection stickers. A lot of them don't have solid scientific backing and some have even been tested and found to do literally nothing.

I get that migraines are brutal (I've had my share), and I totally understand wanting to try anything that might help. But these kinds of products often play on fear or uncertainty around "radiation" even though everyday EMF levels from phones/laptops are super low and already regulated.

If it gives you peace of mind, cool. But personally, I'd put my money toward things with more proven results.

If I am honest, the best way to stay safe from radiation is by keeping the phone away. Why do we need a sticker for this? Isn't it taking us closer to avoid keeping devices away when not in use? I'd rather buy something that will help control my screen exposure than this.
